Problem Resolution
When the technician has fixed your problem,
he or she will show you your problem has been repaired and ask
if you are satisified with the result.
Once you are satified with the resolution, the technician will
disconnect from your computer, the software application will
be un-installed and we will no longer have any contact with your
computer.
